We are based in Shepparton, Victoria, Australia, and all our products are shipped from our warehouse there.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide.

How long does shipping take?

  • Express shipping: 1-3 business days

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard shipping: $9.95
  • Express shipping: $14.95
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders over $100.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Do you cover return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How should I wash my Sixthfit apparel?
For the best longevity:

  • Machine wash cold 
  • Do not bleach
  • Hang vertically to dry 
  • Iron on low heat 
  • No flip drying
